To move with the Flow sounds easy but can be tricky since it means shutting off our analytic and controlling side of the brain, to instead trust life, intuitions and inner wisdom.

When we dare to try, fully, life usually shows up in amazing ways. Making us not only stronger but also lighter together with a sense ease, joy and gratitude.
One way to get in contact with that inner voice of ours is through meditation, silencing our thoughts for a short while to hear what we have to say.
