I accept the circle of life and where it leads me.

I so love this season and May has really showed up big time here in Sweden. Nature has that vibrant light green coat. There is a new buzz in the air from all birds and insects (as well as neighbors gardening tools) all to show that summer is around the corner and a lovely time to be outside.
We’ve started this month with big transforming energy that’s been at our back pushing us forward consciously or unconsciously. Now it’s time for a weeks rest. To let the energy settle and take care of yourself and your body. This is a week where the energy asks us to be still and peaceful, when you can.
It’s almost as if we have arrived to a destination either to take a break before moving on, or this is the destination. But it is a week to rest and gather your energy, your thoughts, your feelings.
Stay back and start to observe where you are, where this wave that moved through the first part of the month has taken you and see if this is a place where you are satisfied or if you like to go on another ride. Do so with an open mind and heart, without judgment, without old beliefs of how it should be or could be. Instead, be present and aware of this really peaceful, calm, heart opening energy. The part of the circle of life that you are in right now.
The transforming energies are still moving and happening, we just need to take a breather and step back to review and recharge our body. With all these energetic shifts it is important to nurture our body with some peace and rest.
If you can spend time in nature, take off your shoes and ground yourself. To be by water is also soothing at this time if you feel stressed or overwhelmed. As well as making sure you get plenty of sleep.
We start the week on Monday with an event that may shake you and bring new insights to who you are and your beautiful energy’s possibilities. Maybe a feeling of infinite possibilities at your feet. Your task is to use your talent and gifts in a way that is good for you and the world. It may even be a 180 turn, guided from within. Just stay open, listen and go with the flow of life.
With Pluto still in retrograde there could be some things that needs to come to the surface for your journey, that shows up. Let it and embrace it without judgment.
By Tuesday this turnaround is being integrated and transformed into insights that feels new and fun. Maybe even opening a side of you that you’ve kept hidden or held back.
Then on Wednesday it’s time to plant these new seeds into earth to see them grow. So don’t rush any new insight or idea. Plant them and then let the circle of life guide you to your next step.
On Wednesday I’m hosting this springs second Pure Heart Ignition at Insight Timer at 2pm CET. The theme is – Go Beyond – and I feel it’s time for us to Go beyond our next layer, taking us deeper and deeper into our core.
On Thursday we are being nudged to follow our head and heart without comparing or trying to fit in. Instead, be the unique you that you are here to be. Let go of old ways and set a new strategy, one that is based on love and light and where you are right now.
Our values are yet again up for discussion on Saturday when something unexpected might happen that shifts feelings and thoughts. It is taking you deeper into your heart’s truth. The one that you are here to move with and manifest from.
Then by Sunday your inner warrior might wake up again after a peaceful resting week and you might be looking for like-minded peaceful warriors that is on the same quest as you.

*My take on this card for the week – Snake is about transformation an awakening your inner energy, your Kundalini energy. We have been through a shift and now it’s time to let the old ways go and reveal the true you. We are (like on Wednesday) moving beyond our own old limitations to a new way of life.
I feel this card is an affirmation to what has been going on. Letting you know that it is now time to peacefully step into the new you, your new skin.
It’s about time!
As always I think that the shifts doesn’t have to be major shifts but a shift in thoughts, actions and reactions that leads you and your energy to a new destination that is aligned with your pure heart. One where you are letting your beautiful self be seen.
