Energy update 7 - 13 of October

I embrace any change that is for my highest good!

Welcome to an eventful week when the energy is getting serious, again. It’s almost as if we are taking a test of life. Not in any negative or hard way. It is about us stepping up, to our lessons, to our soul, to our heart. Stepping up to our light and being accountable for our choices.

So, this week pay attention to your intuition, pay attention where joy leads you. Or wont because that is then the path that you should turn down. Please take the vibe of joy seriously as a guide on your way.

Starting Monday, we have some energetic help to focus and also aim our focus to areas that might have been hidden for you, due to you wanting to fit in, or maybe just old habits. Stay aware of new ideas, feelings, and interests trying to show you a piece of yourself.

Come Tuesday, come emotions… This day your emotions could be heightened and with that a bodily reaction might follow, like palpitation, dizziness, and stomach cleansing action. Breath through it if it shows up and it is about us balancing our female and male energies.

At the same time Jupiter, the planet of abundance, growth and luck is starting to get into retrograde (on Wednesday) and before it is fully turned, this could also be a lucky day where you take over your own leadership to be your own authority. For you and your pure purpose.

Then on Wednesday Jupiter turns retrograde until 4 of February. This time our lesson is just that, to birth your own new leadership. To release old beliefs and start to lead from your heart. Jupiter also entails the energy of justice, truth and success. It wants you to listen to your heart and decide the truth, not from media or old beliefs. To embrace any change that is for your highest good.

Thursday it is a good day to integrate this energy and reflect. If feel hesitant go deeper within and look at what is stopping you to bring forth your own leadership.

With change, there sorrow, sadness or even anger might come to the surface on Friday when/if your emotions are deep and passionate. Maybe even a hint of performance anxiety, if you stay in your head and try to figure it out.  Move away from there and return to your heart for guidance and the energy of joy.

Pluto the planet of destruction and rejuvenation turns direct starting Friday night. Things that might be out of balance in your life is now about to be straightened. When Pluto turns direct, it comes with a strong energy that again you might feel in your body. An energy cheering you on to share your wisdom and experiences.

Sunday aligns with this energy and asks you to connect to any deep hidden wisdom that you’ve been carrying since the birth of your soul. This will continue for some time, so please if you like, have journal or recorder close by coming week maybe even weeks, as your soul is sharing its wisdom with you. Never mind if you understand it or not, just write it down as it appears during the day. Maybe as a feeling, vision, or thought. You will know when it is your soul’s wisdom speaking, so don’t try to force it or go after it, just allow a natural flow to move through by staying aware and open.

I feel it is going to be a lovely week to embrace our soul, wisdom, heart and energy for your highest good and the world.

*My take on the card for the energy of the week – As we are moving deeper into the shift from our mind and ego to our heart, emotions from old fear and control might surface. Trust that you have done the work so that you can trust your inner guidance of joy and feeling comfortable. Trust that your body is intelligent enough to show you your way. And trust the process that some things might to shift or be released. Let your ego rest and take a backseat to your heart, this is the lesson I wrote about at the beginning.
